Do you have a CV, Dave?

The first time someone asked if I had a CV, my internal response was, "What's a CV," while my external response was, "I'm still putting it together" In some ways, what you'll find below is the physical manifestation of both responses: Does the following represent a "traditional" CV? I'm not sure. As it stands, it's a mashup of resume, timeline, and a little memory lane strolling. Meanwhile, I'm sort of always putting it together. I'm sharing all of this in the spirit of full disclosure. I want you to know who you'll be working with before you reach out.
